Spencer Vella Sultana

Spencer is a partner in the Housing and Regeneration team, and heads up the Winchester office. His main focus of work is advising registered providers of social housing and developers on a wide range of property and asset management transactions.

Spencer specialises in site development and estate regeneration schemes ranging from building lease, golden brick and turnkey projects to joint venture land led acquisitions. He also has considerable knowledge in construction and planning related issues and regularly advises clients on these topics.

Spencer has also worked with national housebuilders in the preparation of framework transaction documents tailored for the social housing sector.
