Sophie Blum

Sophie Blum, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR/Operations Associate at Capstone since August 2023. Previously, Sophie was a member of The Hall Events Team from April 2022 to August 2023, and completed a Human Resources Internship at HMSHost from May 2022 to August 2022. Sophie's early career includes roles as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland from January 2022 to May 2022, and various hostess positions at LINWOODS, Michael’s Cafe Timonium, and Ruth's Chris Steak House. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business/Commerce from the University of Maryland, graduated in May 2023, and completed a high school diploma at Pikesville High School in 2019.
