Jeffery Guzy

Mr. Guzy was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors on May 3, 2007. Mr. Guzy has an MBA in Strategic Planning and Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania; a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate Degree in Theology from Georgetown University. He has served as an executive manager or consultant in international business development, sales or management in the telecommunications industry, specifically with Bell Atlantic Video Services, FaciliCom International, IBM Corp., Loral Space, RCA Corp., Sprint International and Verizon. Mr. Guzy has been working with emerging private companies and middle market public companies to market their products, improve their investor & business relations, help them find capital and develop corporate governance programs. He serves on the Board of Directors of YayYo, Inc., as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Guzy is the former president of Leatt Corporation, a worldwide provider of revolutionary protection systems for the helmeted, motor-sports industry and currently serves on their Board of Directors as Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr., Guzy is currently working with CoJax Oil and Gas Corporation.
