Stewart Wallach

Mr. Wallach joined the Company in 2006 as a Director of the Company and, in 2007 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Capstone Companies, Mr. Wallach was the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Capstone Industries, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capstone Companies, Inc. In 1998, Mr. Wallach co-founded Examsoft Worldwide, Inc., which developed and delivered software technology solving security challenges of laptop-based examinations for major educational institutions and state bar examiners. Mr. Wallach also formed Systematic Marketing, Inc., which was acquired by Sagaz Industries, Inc., where he served as President for ten years.
