Stephen Bona

Stephen Bona has a strong background in land development and has held leadership positions in reputable companies. Stephen served as the Vice President of Land Development at Capstone Homes, Inc. from March 2008 to the present. Capstone Homes is a top ten home builder in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota, known for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked as the Director at Heritage Development, a Minnesota-based land development company, from January 2001 to August 2008. At Heritage Development, Stephen managed various aspects of land acquisition, entitlements, public presentations, construction, and sales.

Stephen Bona attended the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
