Mat Hanna

Mat Hanna has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Mat is currently the Vice President of Capital Project Execution at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, a position they have held since November 2021. Before that, Mat worked at Graham for over 14 years. At Graham, they served as the Design Build Director for the Davenport Diamond Rail Grade Separation project from July 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they held the roles of Senior Project Manager from January 2018 to July 2019, Project Manager from January 2011 to December 2017, and Project Coordinator from June 2007 to December 2010. Mat's experience spans various project management roles, demonstrating their expertise in overseeing and executing construction projects.

Mat Hanna obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Mat also holds additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2014, and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), obtained in December 2011.
