Troy Pope

Troy Pope is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Capstone Logistics, LLC since December 2017, Troy oversees daily operations with a focus on efficiency and growth. Previously held the position of Director of Store Operations at MovieStop from 2004 to 2015, managing 50 stores across 10 states, including responsibilities for P&L, staffing, and customer service. Earlier career roles include District Manager at GameStop and Wherehouse Music/Blockbuster Entertainment, where Troy managed multiple stores and conducted training on key operational skills. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Georgia.
