Janise Ochoa

Janise Ochoa has over two decades of experience in human resources and management roles, currently serving as HR Manager at Capstone Mechanical since May 2005, after progressing from HR/Payroll Supervisor. Prior to this position, Janise worked as Office Service Manager at Waco Systems from May 2001 to May 2005 and began a career in sales and marketing as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at The Trane Company from September 1991 to May 2001. Janise's educational background includes studies at McLennan Community College from 1991 to 2007 and attendance at Texas State University from 1989 to 1990.
