Chris Bayon

Chris Bayon is currently working as the Director of Technical Recruiting at Capstone Search Advisors. Prior to this, Chris held the position of VP of Tech Recruiting at BlackRock and was a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Cypress Group. Chris graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2009.
