Matthew Foster has extensive experience in therapeutic program management and recruitment within the behavioral health field. Currently serving as Program Director and Director of Therapy Recruitment at Capstone Treatment Center since April 2020, Matthew previously held the position of Program Director at Whetstone Boys Ranch from October 2013 to April 2020. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Therapist at Capstone Treatment Center from August 2010 to September 2013, and earlier, served as Campus Minister and Recreation Coordinator at Timothy Hill from December 2004 to December 2007.
