Carlos Milanesi

Carlos Milanesi is an experienced program director and project manager with a proven track record in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Program Director at Coal Services Pty Limited since May 2021, Carlos is focused on replacing the operational insurance system for the Worker Compensation scheme. Previously held roles include IT Implementation Project Manager and Head of PMO & COE at The Hollard Insurance Company Australia, where responsibilities included managing project management offices and implementing Agile methodologies. Carlos has an extensive background in program delivery, project management, and governance frameworks across various organizations, including Real Insurance Pty Ltd, Wesfarmers Insurance, Qantas, QBE, Telstra, Optus, and Terra Firma. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from UNSW, completed in 1995.
