Tom Huysmans

Tom Huysmans is currently working as the Manager R&D projects at Lonza Pharma & Biotech since July 2017, and at Capsugel since October 2005. Prior to this, Tom was a Post-doctoral researcher at KU Leuven Faculty of Engineering Technology and also served as a member of the Faculty Educational Supporting Cell at the Faculty of Engineering, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Tom holds a PhD in Engineering from KU Leuven, obtained in 2004, and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 1998.
