Caroline Knights

Caroline Knights is an experienced HR and People Operations professional currently serving as VP People in multiple roles, including fractional positions at BLOK, IMU Biosciences, and Capsule Insurance since 2024. Caroline also holds a position as VP People at Foundation Partners. With a strong background in people and culture, Caroline has worked with Unleashed since February 2022, contributing as Senior People + Culture Partner in various organizations, including Zoa, Influencer, The Climbing Hangar, and Tropicfeel. Caroline's educational background includes a BSc/BA in Psychology from Cardiff University and coaching and psychology training from Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
