Bryan O'Leary is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in finance and logistics. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Capsule since August 2021, Bryan oversees fulfillment operations in New York City, national last mile delivery, and pharmacy supply chain management. Prior to Capsule, Bryan held various finance roles at Amazon, including Pharmacy Operations Finance Leader and AMXL Europe Operations Finance Leader. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Neovia Logistics and American Airlines, where Bryan focused on business development, financial planning, and analysis. Bryan began a military career in the US Navy, advancing through leadership roles while managing logistics operations. Bryan holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Economics from William & Mary.
