Karla Gomez

Karla Gomez is a Pharmacy Experience Manager at Capsule since September 2019, overseeing pharmacy operations and enhancing communication across multiple teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to Capsule, Karla served as a Pharmacy Wellness Ambassador and Pharmacy Tech at RITE AID, where health promotion initiatives were a key focus. Karla's earlier experience includes teaching middle school science at ASPIRA of Florida, acting as a Teaching Assistant at Florida International University, and volunteering as a laboratory technician in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Miami. Karla holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Florida International University, completed in 2016.
