Kristen Farris Wright, PharmD, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Operations at Capsule, having joined in August 2021 after previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Regulatory Operations. Prior to Capsule, Kristen accumulated significant experience at Novant Health from December 2014 to August 2021, where roles included Manager of Medication Safety, Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist, and Pharmacist. Additionally, Kristen operated as an Independent Accreditation Consultant from January 2015 to November 2018 and worked as a Pharmacy Accreditation Reviewer for URAC between January 2014 and January 2017. Kristen began a pharmacy career at Novant Health in January 2003, holding the position of Pharmacist until January 2014. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree from Pfeiffer University.
