Zachary Rutz

Zachary Rutz is currently a Customer Support Specialist at Capsule since July 2021. Prior to this, Zachary worked as a Support Specialist at Invoice Simple from May 2021 to July 2021. Before that, Zachary was a Guest Services Associate at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace from March 2017 to February 2020. At Invoice Simple, Zachary used Hubspot and other CRM’s to coordinate 80+ outbound or onboarding customer calls/day for the invoice transition.
