Bernadette Hitt

Bernadette Hitt has worked in the retail industry for over 15 years. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Captain Blankenship, a company that creates plant and mineral based products. In 2020, they became a Founding Member of the co-lab. From 2016 to 2020, they were the General Director of Cartier's 5th Avenue Mansion, where they led a team of 120 professionals and created and implemented new client and business development strategies. From 2006 to 2016, they held various roles at Tiffany & Co., including Senior Director of Americas Merchandising, Director of Merchandising, Manager of Real Estate, and Director of Retail. During this time, they increased sales, streamlined operational processes, and created innovative software tools.

Bernadette Hitt has obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in Business, Management, and Marketing. Bernadette also holds an Organic Skincare Formulation certification from Formula Botanica, a Graduate Diamonds certification from GIA (Gemological Institute of America), and a Bachelor's Degree in Bernadette'story from The Catholic University of America.
