Ehow Chen, PhD

Ehow Chen, PhD has a wealth of work experience in the field of data analysis and insights. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, where they conducted research and presented published research in oral and poster presentations at national conferences. In 2012, they began working at Intel Corporation as a PTD Senior Process Engineer, where they developed robust etch processes and collected, analyzed, and evaluated developmental data for focus teams and taskforces. In 2015, they became a Lead Analyst (Contractor) at Allison Hartsoe LLC, where they evaluated digital data sets, improved business reporting, and collaborated with clients and stakeholders. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Ambition Data LLC as VP, Customer Insights, where they worked closely with clients to understand customer engagement thru data analysis. In 2021, they joined Robin Games as Principal Data Analyst and in 2022, they became Insights & Analytics Lead at Captain.tv.

Ehow Chen, PhD obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Linfield University between 2003 and 2007. Ehow then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Chemistry from Northwestern University between 2007 and 2012. In 2018, they obtained a UX Certificate: Research Specialty from the Nielsen Norman Group.
