Victoire Utku

Victoire Utku has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Magasinier at DECATHLON FRANCE in 2017. Victoire then worked as a Stagiaire Service des sports at Ville de Bussy Saint-Georges/Marne-la-Vallée from March to May 2018. Following this, they worked as a Conseiller client at Lacoste for a brief period from June to August 2018. From September 2018 to September 2020, they worked as a Chef de produit ventes à bord at Air France. In 2020, they joined Allianz France as a Chef de projets satisfaction clients, where they worked until September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at Captain Wallet by Brevo, since September 2021, and was recently promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager starting in January 2023.

Victoire Utku has a diverse education history. Victoire obtained a Master spécialisé in Manager des projets et des programmes from SKEMA Business School in the years 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master in Marketing et pratiques commerciales at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School from 2018 to 2020. Victoire also acquired a Certificat in Learning Expedition MARKETING 2030 from HEC Montréal in 2020, focusing on Marketing and AI. Victoire's undergraduate education includes a Licence in STAPS (Sciences et techniques des activités physiques et sportives) from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) with the years of attendance from 2015 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International in July 2021 and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2021.
