Vincent Bucaille-Mézani

Vincent Bucaille-Mézani has a diverse work experience across various companies. Vincent is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Captain Wallet by Brevo since March 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Project Director at Captain Wallet from March 2016 to March 2022.

Before joining Captain Wallet, Vincent worked as a Project Director and Partner at FCINQ from January 2013 to February 2016. Vincent also held the position of President & Directeur Conseil at Ouais Papa! from August 2009 to December 2012.

Vincent started their career as a Freelance Consultant in Nouvelles Technologies from May 2008 to August 2009. Vincent also worked as a Project Manager at First Live Communication from January 2008 to May 2008.

Additionally, Vincent has experience as a Concepteur-Rédacteur / Knowledge Manager at Club-Internet T-Online France from November 2006 to December 2007. Vincent served as a Formateur at Club-Internet from November 2005 to October 2006.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Technicien Spécialisé at Club-Internet T-Online France from April 2001 to October 2005, where they provided technical support to subscribers and validated recruited profiles. Vincent Bucaille-Mézani has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started their higher education journey at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, where they pursued a DUT degree in Services et réseaux de communication. Vincent completed this program in 2001.

Subsequently, Vincent enrolled at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) and studied there from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Dulco degree in Japonais, demonstrating their commitment to language studies.

In 2006, Vincent attended the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they completed a LicenCe program in Informatique, specializing in computer science.

Lastly, in 2017, Vincent pursued a Master 2 degree in Manager en Ingénierie de la Communication Interactive Numérique at GOBELINS Paris. This program helped him develop their expertise as a Directeur de Projet Digital / UX Manager. Vincent successfully concluded this program in 2018.
