Roma Kapadia

Roma Kapadia possesses extensive experience in management and human resources. Since July 2016, Roma has served as a Manager at The Captain's Boil, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and team performance. Prior experience includes an HR Intern position at SMP from May 2017 to September 2017, where Roma coordinated candidate interviews and managed project tracking. Additionally, Roma worked as a Sales Associate and BBQ Coordinator at The Home Depot from March 2015 to October 2015. Roma holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, earned between 2014 and 2018.
