Aliko Mwaisela

Aliko Mwaisela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Java Software Engineer at CapTech Consulting since December 2013, Mwaisela has a strong background in consulting, having previously worked as an Associate at Booz Allen from June 2000 to November 2009, focusing on large Enterprise Level software projects. Prior to this, Mwaisela was the Business Manager at Fairfax Dental Center from November 2009 to November 2013, overseeing financial, technical, marketing, and human resources operations for a digital dental practice. Mwaisela holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Physics-Engineering, and Spanish from Washington and Lee University and additional education from The Johns Hopkins University.
