Marisa Petty Hager is a seasoned professional in project management and Agile methodologies, currently serving as Managing Director at CapTech Ventures, Inc since June 2017, where responsibilities include Agile training and Scaled Agile Framework implementation for clients. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Product Development Lead at Empowered Benefits, LLC, where Marisa oversaw end-to-end product delivery and agile coaching, and Program Manager at Belk, focusing on tools and process development in the corporate IT Project Management Office. With a background in project management from companies such as Logical Advantage, DataTech Ventures, Lucidea, and Westlake Consulting Group, Marisa has demonstrated expertise in building teams, standardizing processes, and delivering projects effectively. Marisa holds a BA in Anthropology from George Mason University, with studies completed from 1992 to 1996 and further education from 1997 to 1998.
