Daniel Henke

Daniel Henke is a seasoned engineer with a diverse background in maintenance and facilities management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer at CAPTEK® Softgel International since November 2020, Daniel has previously held roles including Facilities Engineer at Loudpack Farms and Senior Maintenance Manager at DOLE Fresh Vegetables, where leadership of large teams resulted in significant improvements in equipment and processes. Daniel's extensive experience also encompasses management positions in companies such as Quemetco Inc, Kerry Ingredients, and Saputo Cheese USA Inc, where a strong focus on energy and resource efficiency has been a hallmark. Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering, along with an Associate's degree in Electronics Technician from Mid-State Technical College, Daniel brings a well-rounded educational background to technical and managerial challenges.
