Penni Pannell has extensive experience in the field of quality and regulatory affairs. Penni has held various leadership positions in prominent companies, such as Captek Softgel International, Innovative Product Quality Solutions, Isagenix, Clorox, Swanson Health Care Products, Elite One Source, Pfizer Corp, Amparo Medical Technologies, Nexgen Pharma, and Bausch & Lomb.

At Captek Softgel International, Penni served as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory, overseeing the quality and regulatory departments for the organization. Penni led the development and manufacturing of over 3,500 products for customers in 30 countries.
