Isaac Gerber has a diverse range of work experience in insights and analytics roles. Isaac is currently the Global Director of Insights and Analytics at Captify, where they lead a team in analyzing billions of searches to help companies understand their customers. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Marketing and Insights at RIMS, where they oversaw the marketing, creative, and insights function and implemented a company-wide self-service analytics strategy. Isaac also worked as the VP of Marketing at Happy Cog, where they developed an analytics offering and helped clients with marketing attribution models and digital analytics. Before that, they held several roles at John Wiley and Sons, including Director of Customer Analytics and E-Commerce, Associate Director of E-Commerce, and Senior Manager of Analytics and Optimization. Isaac played a key role in the company's digital transformation and led teams in strategic planning, project management, and marketing. Isaac's early career includes a Senior Business Analyst, Account Manager, and Producer role at AW Systems.

Isaac Gerber completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College. Isaac then pursued a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. In terms of certifications, they obtained the TensorFlow Developer Certificate from TensorFlow and the Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate certification from Databricks. Isaac also completed the Deep Learning Specialization course from Coursera and obtained additional certifications in Tableau, including "Creating Dashboards and Storytelling with Tableau" and "Visual Analytics with Tableau." Isaac also holds the Academy Accreditation for Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks.
