Oleksandr Soldatov

Oleksandr Soldatov is an experienced Engineering Manager at Captify® since December 2016, overseeing cross-functional engineering teams and driving architectural vision while collaborating closely on technical strategies. Oleksandr's role includes resource management, performance reviews, and team mentorship, alongside facilitating the transition to team-owned infrastructure. As a Futures Board member, Oleksandr contributes to the company’s strategic initiatives. Previous positions include Team Lead and Software Engineer, focusing on streaming ETL pipelines and performance optimization in Big Data environments. Oleksandr’s expertise encompasses a rich tech stack, including AWS, Scala, Python, and various data processing frameworks. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Radioengineering from the State University of Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the National Aviation University.
