Yolanda Kearns

Yolanda Kearns is a seasoned professional in programmatic advertising and recruitment, currently serving as a Trading Specialist at The Trade Desk since June 2024. Prior to this role, Yolanda held several positions at Captify®, including Programmatic Director and Senior Trading Strategist from December 2021 to June 2024. Yolanda's earlier experience at MediaCom spanned from February 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included Programmatic Senior Optimiser, Programmatic Optimiser, and Programmatic Executive. From November 2018 to February 2020, Yolanda worked at YOUSEEK, a boutique digital headhunting agency in London, in various consulting and resourcing roles. Yolanda earned a Master of Science in Sociology and Risk Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Monash University.
