Nicole Goland

Nicole Goland currently serves as the Director of Yield Management at Captiv8, focusing on leading Deal Desk Operations since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Chief as a Member, and at Collab, where Nicole held positions as VP of Accounts and Director of Brand Partnerships. Other notable positions include Account Director at GroundSwell Group, Manager of Media Development at Verizon Media, and various account management roles at Open Influence. Nicole began a career in media planning at Media Storm and Maxus, following an early role as Coordinator of Media & Research at Focus Features. Nicole holds a Business Contracts Certificate and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic & Organizational Communications from Temple University.
