Tanya Potcova is the Founder & CEO at Captivate Bio. Tanya has over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and commercialization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
Potcova started their career as a marketing manager at virtualFactory, Inc. in 2000. Tanya then moved to BD Biosciences in 2006 as the Manager of Marketing Communications and eBusiness. In 2010, they joined Stemgent as the Director of Marketing, Digital Marketing and Customer Support.
In 2015, Potcova co-founded Biological Industries USA, Inc. (BI-USA). BI-USA was acquired by the Sartorius Group in 2020.
Potcova has a degree in Biology from Northeastern University.
