Hakim Abdel Dadache

Hakim Abdel Dadache has held a variety of positions in the technology industry since 2011. Hakim Abdel began their career as a Technical Support at Telekom HU in 2011 and then moved on to a Support Engineer role at Medadmin in 2013. In 2015, they joined NNG LLC as a jr. Test Automation Engineer and was promoted to Senior Test Automation Engineer. In 2019, they took on the role of Test Lead at UDEMX where they were responsible for hiring and training Quality Assurance personnel and introducing Docker-in-Docker and self-contained pipelines for CI/CD. Hakim Abdel then moved on to ScreamingBox as QA Lead in 2020 where they developed QA Services, reworked QA Hiring process and introduced Bug Bounty program. In 2021, Hakim Abdel Dadache joined Lufthansa Systems Hungária as a Test Lead and CaptivateIQ as an Engineering Manager and Lead Quality Engineer. In their current role, they are leading Quality Engineering, a team of five within Reliability, Infrastructure and Quality Pillar as a horizontal throughout the feature teams of Engineering, Product and Design. Hakim Abdel is also responsible for performance, people and career management and is an advocate for the Quality Assistance model, owner of the Release Process and CI/CD.

Hakim Abdel Dadache has an education history that includes an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Web Programming from the University of Szeged obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same university obtained in 2020. Hakim Abdel also holds certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) which include the ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (obtained in 2017), ISTQB Agile Tester Extension (obtained in 2017), and ISTQB CTFL (obtained in 2016).
