Nathan Schriever

Nathan Schriever has worked in the technology industry since 2011. Nathan'smost recent position is an IT Engineer at CaptivateIQ, a role they began in 2022. At CaptivateIQ, Nathan is focused on device/access management, issue tracking/resolution, and scaling IT operations. Nathan has also deployed a scalable asset management solution and consolidated inventory with a focus on efficiency and conservation.

Prior to CaptivateIQ, Nathan worked for Apple for 11 years. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Genius - Senior Support Specialist, Software Quality Engineer - Apple Store App, iOS & Mac At-Home Support Advisor, Software Quality Engineer - MacOS Bluetooth, Genius Bar Operations Manager, Store Support Manager, Interim Lead Genius, Technical Specialist, and Product Specialist. In each of these roles, Nathan was focused on providing superior support, diagnosing and resolving device and software issues, testing and refining new features, providing issue resolution through remote troubleshooting, and managing team strategy and rollout of new products. Nathan was consistently recognized for their excellent customer service and achieved top 100 out of 5,000 in customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Nathan Schriever has been studying at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College since 2019, where they have obtained an Associate in Applied Science - AAS in Information Technology, Cyber Security, a Diploma of Education in System Administration, and Certificates in Security Essentials, Cisco Networking, and Network Security Administration. Nathan also holds several additional certifications, including Jamf Certified Tech and Jamf Certified Associate from Jamf in 2022, Apple Certified Mac Technician from Apple in 2013, and Apple Certified Mobile Technician from Apple in 2012.
