Brian Gagne has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian is currently the Vice President of Health & Wellness Services at Captive Resources, LLC since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HFW Growth Solutions as a Strategic Advisor from January to September 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Brian held multiple roles at GenoPalate, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Brian also has experience as a Consultant when they were self-employed from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Les Mills from 2016 to 2018. Brian spent a significant part of their career at Health Fitness Corp, where they held the positions of VP, EVP, and COO, and contributed to the company's substantial revenue growth. Brian also worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Director of Integrated Behavioral Solutions, where they successfully built a new business before J&J decided to exit the industry. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Medical Fitness Centers at Gottlieb Hospital, Northern Illinois Medical Center, and Edward Hospital & Health Services, where they oversaw multiple health and fitness centers and implemented various business units.
Brian Gagne has a strong educational background in the field of Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Brian holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the same university. Additionally, Brian has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn. In February 2022, they obtained two more certifications: "Dan Ariely on Making Decisions" and "Influence Without Authority (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn.
