Jamey LeBlanc has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1994, they started their career as an Audit Supervisor at KPMG, where they worked until 1999. Following this, they joined Community Coffee in 1999 and held various roles including Divisional Financial Controller, Director of Risk Management, Director of Risk, Director of Finance and Risk, Senior Director of Finance and Risk, Senior Director of Green Coffee Procurement, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Strategic Support. In 2021, they moved to the role of Senior Director - Accounting and Risk at Community Coffee before transitioning to their current position as the Executive Vice President - Risk at Captive Resources, LLC in 2022.
Jamey LeBlanc pursued their education chronologically, starting with their high school education at Scotlandville Magnet from 1985 to 1989. Jamey then enrolled in Louisiana State University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business. Continuing their education at the same institution, Jamey obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Louisiana State University from 2002 to 2004.
Additionally, Jamey LeBlanc acquired certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Jamey obtained the Q Arabica Grader certification from the Coffee Quality Institute in July 2017. Furthermore, they earned the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Society of Louisiana CPAs, although the specific month and year of acquisition are unknown.
