Raj Reddy

Raj Reddy is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as the Founder of Metamorphyst since May 2023, where the focus is on empowering startup and SME leaders to achieve growth. Reddy is also the Chairman and Founder of iBizCatalyst Ventures Pvt Ltd and an Executive Partner at CaptiveAide Advisory Private Limited, specializing in captive lifecycle consulting. Previous roles include Senior Partner at Apexon, Global CEO of Value Point Systems, Managing Director at Marlabs Inc., and EVP & Chief Delivery Officer at CSS Corp. Reddy has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness from tenures at Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, alongside earlier positions such as Managing Partner at Prime Point Technologies. Reddy holds degrees from Bangalore University and Dublin Business School, with an Honors in International Trade and Export.
