Sudhakar K.R.

Sudhakar KR has over 30 years of work experience. Sudhakar began their career in 1989 as a Dy Manager-Human Resources at UB Group. In 1994, they moved to ITC Limited as Head-Human Capital. In 1996, they joined Tech Mahindra, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Director of the Real Time Leadership Center. In 2011, they became the Founder and Board Member of an executive search firm, CHRO-SALT, and a Partner at Scientrix Asia. In 2012, they were appointed as a Member of the Governing Board and IT & ITeS Council Chair of the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region). In 2015, Sudhakar became a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Chief of Staff of multiple start-ups. In 2017, they became a Member of Leaders Square at Harvard. In 2018, they joined Skoruz Technologies as the Transformation Strategy Office and Capton AI as the Global Head of Relationship Capital.

Sudhakar KR completed a Global Business Leadership degree from Harvard University in 2008, and a Pre Ph D - Equivalent of M Phil in Human Resources Management and Services from Andhra University in 2006. Sudhakar also holds certifications from Harvard Business School, Dale Carnegie Training India, Thomas International, The Hayes Group International Inc., The Myers & Briggs Foundation, and Indian Society For Training and Development, which they obtained between 1995 and 2008.
