Arnoldo Gonzalez-Ruiz

Arnoldo Gonzalez-Ruiz has a diverse work experience. Arnoldo worked at CAPTRUST as a Client Management Associate II starting from April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Truist from August 2017 to February 2021 as an Employee Benefits Specialist, assisting clients with their employee benefits and retirement investments. Before Truist, Arnoldo briefly worked at Adreima as a CSR in 2016. In 2015, they were a Patient Access Representative at Johnston Health, where they handled the intake and processing of patient information in the emergency room. Arnoldo started their career at PVH in 2012 as a Floor Supervisor, responsible for opening and closing the store, handling customer returns and exchanges, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Arnoldo Gonzalez-Ruiz obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biology, General from Johnston Community College. Arnoldo completed their education at the college from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Arnoldo has also obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they received the "Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits" certification from LinkedIn, as well as the "Scrum: The Basics" certification from the same institution. Furthermore, Arnoldo obtained the Duolingo Portuguese Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo in December 2015.
