Kathy is a senior director of the integration team. With a focus on talent management, this 15-year industry veteran leads the firm’s recruitment and retention initiatives aimed at sustaining a work environment where talent can flourish. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Kathy served as the east coast channel manager, third party administration services for Transamerica Retirement.
