Michaël Blanc has an extensive background in real estate project management, currently serving as Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Vilogia Premium since September 2022. Previously, Michaël held positions as Chef de Projets Immobiliers at Ametis Groupe and as Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Spie batignolles, with over a decade of experience at HABITAT HAUTS-DE-FRANCE where responsibilities included feasibility studies, project assembly, and technical and financial management of programs. Michaël began the career as Chargé d'Opérations at Habitat du Littoral, overseeing projects from initial sketches to market tenders. Educational qualifications include a DUT in Génie civil from the Institut Universitaire Technologie de Béthune and a Baccalauréat de Technologie with honors from Lycée Edouard Branly de Boulogne sur Mer.
