Jennifer Porter has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a QC Analyst at CaptureRx since December 2021, having previously held roles as Strategic Program Manager and Customer Relationship Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Albemarle County from October 2016 to January 2022 as a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, gaining valuable experience in managing customer relations and program strategies.
