Tue Martin Berg

Tue Martin Berg is an accomplished legal professional and business leader with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as CEO of Capturi since February 2020, Tue oversees daily management and strategic direction. Tue has maintained a position as Off Counsel at Adduco Law Firm since April 2013, ensuring the successful resolution of ongoing cases. Previously, as Commercial General Counsel at FirstAgenda, Tue contributed to the company's successful exit to Visma and the spinoff of Capturi. With prior experience as Managing Director at Meltwater Buzz and Attorney at Kromann Reumert, Tue has developed a strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and litigation, alongside a background in contract negotiation during a secondment at Danisco A/S. Academic qualifications include LL.M. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Copenhagen, supplemented by an exchange program at The University of Waikato.
