Chris Crowe has extensive work experience in economics and research. Chris started their career in 1998 as an ODI Fellow at the Overseas Development Institute. Chris then worked as a Country Economist at the Caribbean Development Bank from 1998 to 2001. In 2005, they joined the International Monetary Fund as an Economist and worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Vice President of Global Research (UK Economist) at Barclays Capital. Currently, they are working at Capula Investment Management LLP as the Head of Economic and Flow Research, a position they have held since February 2019.
Chris Crowe began their education at Madras College in St Andrews from 1987 to 1993. After completing high school, they attended the University of Cambridge from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Chris then pursued further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), obtaining a Master of Science degree in Economics from 1997 to 1998. Chris Crowe continued their academic journey at LSE and completed a PhD in Economics from 2001 to 2005.
