Emilie Andersen

Emilie Andersen is currently a Rådgiver Research og Analyse at Capus, specializing in executive search and recruitment within the real estate sector. Since joining Capus in the fall of 2021, Emilie has managed approximately 70 recruitment processes, demonstrating expertise across both private and public sectors, particularly in real estate, retail, telecommunications, and technology. Emilie previously worked as a saksbehandler at Fremtind forsikring and a kunderådgiver at Vipps. Emilie studied psychology and economics at the University of Maine, where they also served as a student athlete and team captain for the women's soccer team. Emilie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems - Business Analytics at Kristiania.
