Hugener Andreas

Hugener Andreas has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Hugener currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Capvis AG since March 2022. Previously, they held executive positions at Swissport International Ltd., including Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer from February 2017 to March 2022. Before that, they worked for Sulzer Ltd., where they served as the Global Head of Human Resources for the Pumps Equipment division from March 2015 to January 2017. Hugener also held various other HR roles at Sulzer, including CHRO a.i and Global Head of HR for the Power, Operations, Parts Retrofit, and Nuclear business units. Prior to joining Sulzer, they worked as the Head of HR and Shared Services at Sulzer Metco (Switzerland) and as the Head of HR and QESH Compliance and Risk at Sulzer Markets and Technology. Hugener started their career as the Head of Manufacturing Technology Center at Sulzer Innotec AG.
