Patrick Höfliger

Patrick Höfliger has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Patrick currently works for Capvis AG as an Investment Director, a role they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Capvis AG as an Associate Director from July 2019 to April 2021, and as an Associate from March 2018 to June 2019.

Before joining Capvis AG, Höfliger worked at J.P. Morgan. Patrick was a part of the Investment Banking division, specializing in Swiss M&A from 2016 to 2018, and in TMT M&A from 2014 to 2016.

Höfliger also served as an Interims CFO at Airport Medical Center from October 2013 to May 2014. Patrick had a brief stint at J.P. Morgan in 2013 as part of the Investment Banking Division, focusing on M&A from July 2013 to September 2013.

Prior to these roles, Höfliger gained experience in investment teams at Capvis Equity Partners in 2013 and ARDIAN (fka AXA Private Equity) in 2011. Patrick also worked in Asset Management and Private Banking at Bank Frey & Co. AG from 2009 to 2011.

Höfliger's earliest work experience was as a Tutor in Corporate Finance at the University of Zurich from September 2009 to December 2009.

Patrick Höfliger completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich from 2007 to 2010. Patrick then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Accounting and Finance at the University of St.Gallen, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Patrick Höfliger obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification in April 2012 and achieved a perfect score of 800/800 in the GRE Quantitative section in March 2011.
