Celine Gainet

Celine Gainet serves as General Counsel at CAPZA since June 2018, overseeing governance processes, fund structuring, contractual deal supervision, and legal issues related to strategic projects. In addition, Celine has been a Lecturer in Finance at Université Paris Sorbonne since September 2013, teaching subjects like finance, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Celine held various academic positions, including lecturer roles at UC Santa Barbara, HEC Paris, and Laureate International Universities, and served as President of the UCLA Club of France until July 2022. Prior to the current role, Celine was a Senior Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where focus areas included corporate, M&A, and regulatory work for multinational companies.
