Ellen M. Chang serves as Vice President and Head of BMNT Ventures, overseeing transformation strategies and value creation initiatives in collaboration with government executives since October 2018. Chang is also a Senior Advisor and Managing Director of Defense Infrastructure at CapZone Impact Investments LLC and a Founding/Managing Partner at Syndicate 708, which invests in Deep Tech companies. Additionally, Chang sits on the Board of Directors for Cypre Inc., a biotech startup focused on cancer immunotherapy. Previous experience includes co-founding Wharton Aerospace, serving as Vice President of Operations at Cognitive Medical Systems, and holding the title of Naval Officer, retiring as a Captain in 2018. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
