John Sergakis currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board and Secretary at the Car Connectivity Consortium since March 2019. Concurrently, John holds the position of Engineering Group Manager at General Motors, overseeing a team focused on Connectivity Technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Near Field Communication since August 2014. Past roles include Feature Owner for Connectivity and Lead Technical Specialist Engineer at GM Holden, where responsibilities included managing specifications for the Australian and New Zealand markets. John completed a Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology in 1992.
