Jennifer Forster

Jennifer is Director of Human Resources for Mister Car Wash and began her career with the company in 2017. In her current role, she oversees our Field Human Resources Business Partners along with the Tucson based Human Resources Service teams. Jennifer is responsible for company-wide employee relations, managing compliance training, and ensuring high quality service to our employees. Along with this, she serves as the Project Manager for all people related aspects of newly acquired locations.

Before joining our team, Jennifer worked in a variety of Human Resources roles. Prior to Mister Car Wash she was the Director of Human Resources for the multi-state retail company, Buffalo Exchange, along with the Employee Benefits Manager and EEO Compliance Officer for TUSD.

Jennifer graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
